General Provisions

Account Registration

Creating an active account on ad365 is a prerequisite for using all services. When registering an account, you must comply with the following conditions:

• Each individual may create only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, those accounts will be cancelled and all funds in them may be forfeited.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false information may result in account cancellation.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. You should not share this information with any third party.
• The mobile number and email address used at account registration must be your own and active.
• Transferring or selling an account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

Age Restrictions

ad365 firmly believes that protecting minors is a top priority. To this end, we take the following measures:

• Government-issued identification is verified during account verification to confirm age.
• If there is any suspicion that an account holder is under 21 years of age, that account will be suspended immediately.
• No winnings from a minor's account will be paid out.
• If an adult knowingly creates an account on behalf of a minor, both accounts may be cancelled.

Account Verification

ad365 conducts an account verification process to ensure security and prevent fraud. You may be required to provide the following documents for verification:

• A clear photo of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
• A utility bill or government document as proof of residential address.

Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Rules

The following mobile banking methods can be used to deposit funds on the ad365 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). This same minimum limit applies to each method.

• Deposits must come from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Depositing via a third-party account is prohibited — such transactions will be cancelled.
• Once a deposit is successfully verified, it will be added to your account.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

• The payment method used for withdrawal must match the name registered on the account.
• Before withdrawing bonus funds, the specified wagering requirements must be met (see Section 6 for details).
• Withdrawal requests may not be processed if account verification is not complete.
• Unusual or suspicious transactions may require additional verification, which can increase processing time.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

6.1 Welcome Bonus

A 150% welcome bonus is available on the first deposit at ad365, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500. Depositing ৳28,000 or more earns the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳48,000.

6.2 Wagering Terms

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times — applied to the bonus amount only (the deposit amount is not included). Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 in bets must be completed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

• It is not possible to withdraw bonus funds before the wagering requirements are met.
• The requirements must be met before the bonus expires — otherwise the bonus will be cancelled.
• Bets placed on certain games or markets may not count toward wagering calculations.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.

6.3 Other Promotional Offers

ad365 may offer various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer will have its own specific terms and conditions stated in the offer description. All bonuses and promotional offers must be claimed in good faith.

If ad365 believes that a user is abusing the bonus system (bonus scheming, arbitrage betting, etc.), ad365 reserves the right to cancel that account's bonuses and suspend withdrawals.

Gaming Rules

Various types of games are available on the ad365 platform, such as slots, live casino, sports betting, and much more. All games are operated on a fair basis with users.

• Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game interface.
• If a game remains incomplete due to a technical error or network issue, ad365 will determine the outcome based on technical logs.
• If an abnormal payout appears in a game due to a software error, ad365 reserves the right to cancel that payout.
• The game providers' own rules also apply (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, etc.).
• In live games, the dealer's decision is considered final.
• For sports betting, bets will be settled only after the official result is announced.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ad365 platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in permanent account cancellation and forfeiture of funds:

• Fraud and Deception: Using another person's identity, providing false information, or gaining an advantage through any dishonest means.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of legitimising illegal funds.

• System Exploitation: Taking dishonest advantage of technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses or other advantages.
• Account Sharing: Sharing an account with another person or selling an account.
• Collusion: Attempting to influence game outcomes by secretly conspiring with other players.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting loopholes in the rules to gain bonus advantages.

Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Closure by ad365

ad365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected on the account.
• If the account holder is proven to be a minor.
• If it is confirmed that the account was created using false information.
• At the direction of a legal or regulatory authority.

9.2 Closure by the User

If a user wishes to close their account, they can contact [email protected]. If all existing bonus requirements are not met before the account is closed, those bonuses will be cancelled; however, the original deposited funds are refundable.
